Consent to Personal Data Processing

By registering with the Tonus service — on tonusmeal.ru, in the @tonusmealbot Telegram bot, in the mobile app or in the “Tonus — Meal Autopilot” browser extension — I freely, of my own will and in my own interest give my consent to GIPERSTEK LLC (OGRN 1267700054181, INN 9728169930, address: apt. 29, bldg. 1, 63 Nakhimovsky Prospekt, Cheryomushki municipal district, Moscow, 117335, Russia) (the “Operator”) to process my personal data on the terms set out below.

1. Purposes of processing

• registering and maintaining my account;
• generating meal plans, shopping lists and grocery carts;
• searching for products, comparing prices and assembling carts in the delivery services I connect;
• recording purchases from receipts I upload;
• notifications, technical support and improving the Service.

2. Personal data covered

• last name, first name, email address, phone number;
• Telegram and sign-in service identifiers (Yandex ID, Sber ID, ESIA, Apple ID);
• delivery address and region;
• dietary preferences, settings, order and cart history, meal plans, food diary, pantry;
• purchase receipts I upload;
• data about the browser where the extension is installed and the results of its work in delivery services — to the extent described in Section 14 of the Personal Data Processing Policy.

Health data (height, weight, allergies, dietary restrictions, wearable device data) is not covered by this consent: it may be processed only under a separate written consent requested when such data is first entered.

3. Actions with the data

Collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, changing), retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access) to the recipients listed in Section 6 of the Policy, anonymization, blocking, deletion and destruction — by automated means. The consent also covers cross-border transfer in the cases listed in Section 7 of the Policy.

4. Term and withdrawal

The consent is valid until the account is deleted or the consent is withdrawn. It can be withdrawn by writing to support@tonusmeal.ru or by deleting the account in the Service settings or in the Telegram bot. After withdrawal, the Operator stops processing and destroys the personal data within 30 days, except where processing is permitted without consent (Part 2, Article 9 of FZ-152). The Service cannot be used without consent to personal data processing.
